Driver Vitals Sentinel — Drowsiness & Incapacitation
Notices a driver going drowsy — or suddenly unwell — without a camera.
The physics is solid; our own validation is scheduled.
How it works
An alert driver constantly makes small posture adjustments; a drowsy one goes quieter and quieter while breathing slows and evens out. A medical collapse is different again: a sudden slump, then almost nothing but breathing. Each state has its own signal rhythm, and no camera ever points at the driver.
In the physics: Drowsiness changes the micro-motion spectrum: postural micro-adjustments (0.5-5Hz) decay in rate and amplitude while breathing slows and regularizes; incapacitation shows as abrupt collapse transient followed by abnormally static channel with only respiration present.

How the field becomes an answer
How we prove it
OPERAnet respiration + SenseFi activity benchmarks for the feature stack; own study: 20 drivers in a driving simulator with PERCLOS eye-tracking as drowsiness ground truth.
Who it is for
DMS regulation compliance (EU GSR) without an in-cab camera that drivers rip out — sold to truck OEMs and fleet safety officers battling camera pushback from driver unions.
