Even a person sitting quietly at a desk is breathing, and that gentle chest movement ripples the WiFi signals crossing the room. The system maps where those ripples come from, desk cluster by desk cluster. A room booked in the calendar but empty in the field is flagged within minutes.

In the physics: A stationary seated human still modulates CSI via breathing (0.1-0.5Hz chest displacement ~1cm changes path length/phase); RTI differential attenuation localizes the body between link lines to 0.5-1m, distinguishing which desk cluster is occupied.
