A running conveyor has a steady pulse: the belt splice passes the same point once per loop, rollers turn at fixed speeds, and everything shows up as rhythm in the WiFi reflections. A seized roller, a slipping belt, or growing flutter each break the rhythm in their own recognisable way.

In the physics: A moving belt is a large periodic scatterer: splice passage gives a strict once-per-loop CSI impulse (period = belt length/speed), flutter shows as 1-15Hz micro-Doppler broadening, a seized idler removes its rotation line and adds a rubbing broadband floor, and slip shifts the fundamental against motor speed. All are in-band, all are periodicity observables robust to distance.
